Groups
Currently, I prefer working in groups.
What is hard to practice alone goes more easily with others. And some things can only be found out together. Both groups do without fixed leadership: I bring the form, but nobody stands at the front, and nobody knows more than anyone else.
Touches in Stillness — a whole day, in pairs and taking turns. One person lies down, the other rests their hands on them and does nothing else. In between: silence, long breaks, and a circle in which we say how it was. After Mike Boxhall.
Free-Form Constellations — The intention is formulated by the person bringing it, and as little as possible comes from outside. For people who facilitate constellations themselves, and for anyone who does not yet know the format and is curious to explore.
Dates are set together within each group.
